Recommended Use
It is recommended to mix 4 scoops of the product in 200 ml of water or milk and take it once a day between meals or 30 minutes after exercise.
Warnings
Contains phenylalanine. Not suitable for children, pregnant and nursing women. Maximum recommended amount is 259 g of powder daily. The product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
