Recommended use
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules in the morning, 1 hour prior to breakfast, 2 capsules 1 hour prior to lunch and the last 2 capsules just before dinner. Wait at least 4 hours between breakfast and lunch. DO NOT EXCEED 6 capsules per day.
