Directions

Shake before use. Mix 1-3 scoops in 8-10 fl.oz (approx. 240-300 mL) of water 15-30 minutes prior to training. Take 20-30 minutes before training. Read over entire label before taking this product. Do not take more than 3 scoops within a 24-hour period.
