Isotonic is a drink that balances the level of water and electrolytes excreted from the body in the process of sweat secretion. It also replenishes vitamins and minerals and, to a small extent, also carbohydrates burned during exercise.
A balanced level of electrolytes and osmotic pressure, which corresponds to the pressure in body fluids, allows you to quickly quench your thirst and replenish lost microelements. The sodium contained in the drink effectively prevents the formation of muscle cramps.

Recommended Use
- Dissolve a portion (31.5 g – 1 scoop) in a water bottle with 500 ml of water.
- Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after exercise (approx. 200 ml).
